About Me

I’m Lauren Riley, Craniosacral Therapist/Dynamic Body Balancing Facilitator and Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master. My journey into Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki began with my own healing process. After just a few sessions, I was deeply moved by the shifts I experienced—so much so that I knew I needed to learn how to share this work with others!

I was first introduced to both Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki by Laura Hanstad, who has been an incredible mentor on my path. Under her guidance, I’ve trained in Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki I, II and Master and have also had the opportunity to apprentice under her, even attending and assisting in some of her in-person classes.

I’ve studied Craniosacral Therapy and myofascial unwinding with Dr. Carol Phillips, completing her comprehensive 100-hour Dynamic Body Balancing training program. These experiences have given me a strong foundation while also showing me the beauty and depth of this healing work.

I have a passion for continued education and growth. I continue to learn so much each day—through my apprenticeship with Laura and through the unique experiences I share with my clients. I feel truly blessed to be able to grow in this work and deepen my practice every day!

Today, I offer sessions out of my home office in Rogers, MN, and in special cases, I provide in-home treatments in order to make care more accessible. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where the body’s innate wisdom can be supported and healing can unfold naturally.
