Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that helps restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. The word Reiki refers to universal life energy — the subtle energy that flows through and around all living things. By encouraging deep relaxation and releasing stress, it supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

During a Reiki session, I act as a channel for this healing energy, allowing it to flow to areas of the body and energy field that may be depleted, blocked, or out of balance. This can be offered with light hands-on contact or completely hands-off, depending on your comfort and preference.
